Day 21

  • 4 pieces of toast
  • 3 cups of coffee
  • 4x500ml water
  • salmon steak, wild rice & salad with made from scratch maple-mustard dressing (made it all myself and it was hit, used the Angry Trout cookbook, even did the shopping/really enjoyed the process, wild rice is a bit daunting first time tho)
  • 30 min. yardwork
  • 1 hr. bike/walk with Sid
