Input
  • 2 pieces of toast with jam, peanut butter w/o butter is pretty dry
  • small glass of juice
  • 3x500ml water
  • 4 'lite' candies (not my idea)
  • salmon filets
  • baked fries
  • large juice
  • cereal snack
Output
  • 20 minute bike ride (wobbly legs)
